Missing Cash on Website

Hi my Gamezbd account name is EmperorChi, I had added cash on the server website this morning using prepaid cards. The ammount i added was 30$ total, i had purchased 15 days of premium membership and nothing more. This whole day i had been grinding to get silver to buy a low price V pen then to buy an exchange awakening weapon coupon, when i had logged into my Gamezbd account i only had 950 cash. The amount for the 15 days premium was 3250, and i added 15000 cash so i should have 11750 cash left. I was really looking forward to exchanging my awakening weapon all month and had been playing 4-7 hours a day to grind for a V pen, now im stuck with a Dandelion bo staff, please help.
