    Missing Ghost​
    Bug Description:
    The ghost in the quest "Flower Blooming in Ruins" does not appear at the meeting spot.
    Waited during around 11:00pm ~ 01:00am but no spawn.    ​
    How to reproduce/proof:

    confirmed, this quest need rework, its new one so missing npc, and end npc too. We take it in work, but fix possible on next client update.
