Missing Items .. ;[

Hello. I wanted to switch my elyos character with an asmo one. I puted my items in the warehouse and i deleted my ely character. Then i made asmo character and took my gear. all was ok and then i logged in again after 1 hour and all my gear was gone .. :andy: I need help because the gear was really expensive. :sideways:

 

You had no asmo and deleted your elyo to create one?

 

No. I have frends who have asmos and i want to play with them and i tried to change the race. And i lost my items

Ok . I placed all my SM items in account warehouse and deleted the char , then i made one asmo char and took the items . 1 hour later they were gone ..

 

Impossible. When you put items in the Account Warehouse, and deleted all your chars, the account wareshouse is deleted too. The game was made for you to choose your race and stay on it, if you plan to change race would have to create another account, so you was not to pass items from elyo side to asmo side.
However it is possible here in Gamez, when you had the chance to make both races in one account, or transfering a char from Lumiel to your Siel account.

Unless you have a valid proof that you actually got your gear and then it suddenly disappeared, if you don't there's nothing we can do about.

 

I think you are lying that you got the gear then after an hour it was gone,once you delete the last char of your account,the account warehouse gets deleted as well.

 

I said that the items were inside the warehouse and i took them so they were not deleted with the ely char. And i don't have any pic's because i didn't know that this will happen ... See my account logs and u will have proof. :wink:

 

No, all items in the account warehouse is to be deleted if you have no toons left.

Let me explain this to you.

You are an elyos,you have only elyos characters inside the account,if you want to create asmo characters you will have to delete all your elyos characters first,unless you make a server transfer. In your case,you deleted your elyos toons to make asmo,hence,you put your items in the account warehouse without knowing that once your last char is deleted,your account warehouse disappears as well. So what you are saying is indeed impossible. You couldnt have taken your items with your asmo cause you deleted all your toons to create an asmo which caused your account warehouse to get deleted as well,and if you tell us that you didnt delete all your toons,then your argument is still invalid cause if you hadnt deleted all your toons you wouldnt have been able to create an asmo in the first place. So..

 

This is not normal , when a player make a mistake you have to help him .. You said im lying and the problem is solved . This were my items since i stared playin' in gamez and i played a long time for them .. so you can check the logs and see what items were in my inventory .

 

Try to make one ely char lvl 18 and place some items in account warehouse then delete it and make one asmo char . open the warehouse and see that the items are inside . then took them , wait a bit and u will see they dissapear

Seeing how this has been answered by multiple people all very correct.

Summation.

-Player Transfer Service from Lumiel to Siel or visa versa of the opposite race.
-100% Security for your items

-Deletion of your characters
(Also there by removal of the items in account warehouse, regardless of how long it takes for them to vanish)
-Player fault, as there are threads on the subject with much the same replies and situations.
-We do not refund or fix player mistakes in regards to gearing be it due to this, self item deletion / extraction / remodel of the wrong thing / mailing / etc.
-Account warehouse is single faction locked as the game itself says in one of the 'tips' that pop up when you zone.

Unfortunately even if you managed to get proof of this, your items would not be refunded to you as you took a risk with your account that the game was not intended to support. The only way for you to transfer items between races is to transfer a character, or have a friend help you (risky but safe).

Were sorry you lost stuff, though you were always welcome to PM any GM here on forums, or in game before taking such a risk to find out if it would have any hampering side effects which we would have told you it was unsafe at any rate.

I do hope you are able to get yourself geared again although, the staff will not be helping in said manor.
