Missing NPC

    I was leveling my assasin, and when i went to deliver the abyss battle training quest, the NPC wasn't there, i want to know what's happening, and for the quest The Aether Must Flow, in Balaurea, the slimes are not spawning, is anyone having the same problems?

    i made the error report, but the NPC is Spyr, to complete the Abyss Battle Training quest, he should be standing close to the beluslan gate, but he isn't there, and i need that quest to open putting on the speed and shadow summons to get some levels fast =/
