Missing NPC

    I am trying to complete "The Quest for Templars" and the NPC Belicanon that is supposed to spawn between 0200 and 0300 server time on the outer ring of Sneeze Crater does not seem to be appearing.

    same problem, in at the spot waiting now 7 days (GAME TIME) and it doesnt respawn yet ... some answer?

    2-3 am is retail spawning time, it doesn't work for gamez. Looks like you will have to wait for the whole day and find out when the npc will spawn.
