Missing Purchased Dance Emote

A long while back I had bought Two Dance Emotes from the Game Aion Shop. The Fluttering Heart Dance and the Tell Me Dance.

It has been ages since I last played, however I decided to just jump back on Gamez to take a look at my characters and to see the community once again. While skimming through my Emotes List I noticed that I only had One of my Dancing Emotes that I had purchased. The Fluttering Heart Dance emote remains while my Tell Me Dance is completely devoid from my emotes list.

So do did something happen? Because I've tried typing the /TellMeDance and nothing happens Yes, I did purchase these dance emotes because I remember specifically a friend who used to play Gamez Aion telling me that it was a waste of points to get two Dance Emotes.

I'm wondering if someone could help track my purchase history and help me resolve this, because I would like to have that dancing emote back. Without question I would rather not have to spend another stack of points on something I had purchased in the past.
