missing vip ingame

    7 day's ago i buy some vip for my account. and when i look on the HP it's activated but when i logg on my char there is no vip. maybe it's a bugg?
    pls anyone can help me?

    When you log in, in game, does it say, "Your account is VIP"? or are you talking about trading? please show screen shots to show more evidence.
