Bug Description:

I got all the best actually lootable CC resistance crystal on my gear :

-helmet http://bddatabase.net/us/item/15222/ x2

I am CC interupt + pushback by the Elric
I am CC interupt + pushback + knockdown by the Sausan
etc...

I am level 59 musa , 150 dp
so i have try with this skill http://bddatabase.net/us/skill/1988/ for get more CC resistance.
and nothing change elric and sausan can CC me.​

How to reproduce/proof:

try on a musa with the same gear and same level.​

 

I'll confirm this.

It is actually an issue with the stats outside the HP, Weight, Attack Level, Cast Level, (or any of the 'Levels').
AP / DP / % Based things are not effectively being displayed on the status screen, and presumably not being applied correctly in general.

Can recreate with any Crystal / Alch Stone and check the stats screen (P).
