Rejected Monster drop rate

    Monster drop rate​
    Bug Description:
    It seems high level character will not drop from certain mobs 100% anymore.
    Character level 63, only 1 out of 15-20 mob will drop loot at crescent.
    Lower levels (59) will still drop loot on every kill.    ​
    How to reproduce/proof:
    Character level 63 or more, kill any crescent mob.​
