Mossy Anima (Can't be Obtained?)

Does Mossy Anima drop from any mobs? If so what mobs I have followed multiple Guides about where they drop, and I farmed in the area for round 2 hours straight and didn't get a single one.
I hope i didnt just waist my time farming for a material that doesn't drop.

Also I have recently just found an old event

And that says
Animas can only be obtained in particular zones of Katalam, Danaria and Idian Depths
Each mob of each zone only drops one kind of anima.

 

I believe that none of the Animas drop at the moment.

 

Animas are currently not dropping.
