    Mount Level Reset​
    Bug Description:
    The level of a mount when sold through the market resets for the buyer but the skills remain​
    How to reproduce/proof:
    Buy a mount thats not lv 1 from the market​

    - Mount's registered on the Horse Market
    - Register a horse of any Tier on that market (from stable manager)
    Purchase a horse of level 2 or higher
    Pull horse out to ride it and check level / skills

    Skills are there but mount level is reset to 1
