    Bug Name:
    Moving NPCs bad route​
    Bug Description:
    NPCs Kina and Anon's routes are broken, and show up in wrong places. Even when they do move on route, they dont stop at the right spots.​
    How to reproduce/proof:
    Follow route of Kina/Anon​

    Can confirm, this also renders getting "Anon" character knowledge impossible (though not required to get 2/2 energy)
    Also affects few other "moving" npcs, for example to get this knowledge https://bddatabase.net/us/theme/6738/ you need to find a "patrolling" guard but he's either not visible or stuck.

    Just tested both have stop on routes and knowledge possible to obtain. Just follow it untill it stop.

    Okay I need to recheck this, since last time I found Anon, he kept running, until at one of the guard camps he simply vanished.
    Will try to come back with a video if it's reproducible.

    Was able to get Anon knowledge since the patch, by questing with season char. He stopped at southwestern gateway node, next to Xaviero. Still have no idea, where the hell is that Oasis guard, and doubt I already got the knowledge before. Maybe it was simply deleted. Since I have 2/2 energy from that topic - doesn't bother me that much.
