Moving very Fast..

    i see many ppl moving very fast and look like they are on "rocket boots"
    just like to know how to get it

    The "Rocket Boots" is the Levitation Motion Book i guess.
    As about their speed.. well.. perhaps they were using some Speed Boosting skill like Charge, Mau Form, Sprinting, wut else.. speedhack? lol

    Download fraps from Download Fraps 3.4.7 free version and record those fast players so we can explain to you :>

    Those are the NPCs that sell the Levitation motion book, yes.

    Andreas for Elyos in Sanctum and Seriphim for Asmodians in Pandaemonium.
    Once you purchase the Levitation Motion Book, use it and then press P to bring up the Player Window and click on the "Motion" tab, then choose there your character's motions. (Jump, Movement, Resting, etc.)
