MS and ms slots gone

Hi all,
I cannot find the thread on the forum I've seen few days ago about the MS deletion.
I bought a mace for my chanter "Aperobic", a Drunken one with 6 slots.
I retuned it and after only I began to expand slots and to socket MS.
Yesterday, I did it and my MS slots where gone this morning. I respent 5K credits to expand it, after relog, my stones and slots are gone.
I guess I still can dream about a refund even if what I say is probably visible in logs but how to prevent my slots to be gone after relog ?
