My 2 ABG parts Dissapearead after a crush in game

don't know what happened but today.after i took a crash in game ,when i reloged my abg leather chest and pants transformed into hunter's jerkin.i don't know if this is a problem but today i transfered a character from lumiel to siel and i put my items on it .crash happened at that character.
if this is a proof i have an old video with a speed hacker when u can see my set,u can see that is abg from the bonuses.aion 2012-02-09 19-09-17-67.avi - YouTube.

WELL problem is resolved.when i reloged 2 times at same characters.hunters jerkin was on my ely sin and abg on asmo sinwtf

 

I was on skype with him just to hear his sad voice then after 10 min and some relogs his voice come to life after he found his parts on asmo again. )
