    I stopped playing here make almost three years, because of my job, and now I tried again, I can not access my ID, the password recovery, says the email does not exist.
    Had a second id that I used to test the Lumiel server (if I'm not mistaken), and that ID is still active.
    My doubt is: were deleted ID's that have been idle too long??


    I await response, I am anxious to return to play here.

    Accounts are generally wiped within 6 months - 1 year of inactivity. So yes you will need to start over. Any gear from 3 years ago wont do you any good now anyways so its not much of a loss.

    Any account that inactive for 6 month and above will be automatically deleted.

    Your account is probably deleted, well sadly its actually gone because the gamez community server rules that if your account is inactive for more than 7 months it will automatically be deleted..
