My account disappeared & e-mail not recognized. Plz Help.!

My account on Gamez AION is not responding , i tried to request new pasw. but the system can't find my e-mail. E-mail is: angel__heart_@hotmail.com and there is an old confirmation mail at this mail adr. from GamezAion for my game account: Angelheart.
It just seems to have disappeared,i have an important char. at this account, me & my friends have decided to return to Gamez, so can you plz help me?

Since you said " you and your Friend decided to return to Gamez" maybe your Account was already deleted because of not being active in game and in site .

 

Accounts that not logging-in with in 6 months in game or in site it will be automatically deleted.

 

If you haven't logged in-game or on the site for more than 5-6 months, chances are your accounts got auto-deleted. Try creating an account with the same name and see if it helps you.

 

Meanz if he create acc with same name iz their a chance to bring back the acc?? I also have acc and it was inactive within 2 years

 

No. If it lets him re-create the account with the same name it's just a confirmation that the account got deleted.
