MY account is bugged Help me to fix it

    my account since yesterday was bugged.. my character "Geoking" is logged in since yesterday.. i cant log wiht it i cant also delete it.. but i can go t o my account and play with anotehr cahracter .. but today i loged in my client configuratiopn was changed .. i logged wtiht my SM "Ladyboobs" and there was writenn that i have mail and when i go to mail box it DC ing me adn Send LOg client is appearing what is that problem please hellpme to fix it TY

    Character Geoking seems to be stuck. Send an unstuck request using the main website.

    - Log-in to: Welcome to Gamez Aion - Aion Private Server
    - On User Control Panel (located on the left), use the Player Unstuck Request. Send just 1 request!
    - Wait until the server gets a restart. Your character should be unstuck by then and you should be able to log-in on it again.

    As for character Ladyboobs, you'll have to ask Alente for a help to fix it. Send him just 1 PM about your problem and wait patiently for his reply.
