My char is bugged beacouse stigmas stones!

    Today I made a new char Elys in my account, named xattizinha.
    When I went to put the stigmas, there was abug, which occupied all my slots with the same stigma,and I could not remove it.
    so I tried to relog but when I tried to log in again, the game automatically closes! this happens only with this char!
    and Ispent many items important to him, and now I can't take back!
    gms please help me!
