my char skills stoped at 2nd

    i dont know what 2 do. al of my character skill stop at 2nd chain skill and when i clock on the skill continously after 2nd skill the 3rd one doesnt appears. its confusing and i use only 2nd chain skill after update to 1.9

    This was an intentional change, the third chain in skills was never meant to be 100% trigger rate.

    Prior to 1.9 they were bugged and would trigger every time, now they run off a % chance as it was designed. Somewhere in the 10% region I believe.
