    No transfer We have 4 char
    payouts in the Siel
    .givemissingskills does not work with lumiel Greater Stigma Stone Red not aktive not use

    greater stigmas require other stigmas to be placed in first... its called a stigma tree

    If you are playing on Siel, you dont need to have the greater stigma slots as you get all skills.
    If you are playing on Lumiel, you will need to do the level 20 quest Sliver of Darkness of Elyos or No Escaping Destiny for Asmodians to get all the stigma slots open.
