My credits are gone

06/03/2014 day, I donated 84.00 reais
690 cretids had before voting
with danation 3941, I was supposed to have 4631 credits
But I have only 645

 

How long ago did you donate. Hours. Sometimes it takes a bit of time to recieve donation credits. If you haven't re logged in since you donated, you have to in order to see any changes

 

already been credited, but now is no more.
Simply disappeared.

 

Check your Web shop purchase history. Did you donate before server update?

The purchase history is found on Web page gamezaion.com after you log into site, go to Web store, select server and character. You see the word history next to your available credits. Btw. The credit history on thati page only shows purchases through webstore.

If you are missing credits after donating after the update, I don't know if anything could be done because anything could of happen to it. Even if you legitimately lost the credits through bug or someone"stole" them through accessing your account. As far as we know. You could of bought something with your credits and now you trying to gain free credits. I'm not accusing but I'm being realistic.

But. PM me as much proof as you can of you purchasing credits and if you can, a screen shot of you having the credits and a current screen shot of what you have now. I'll forward the proof and see what can be done if anything could be done. You need to have time and date on each screen shot and the shots cannot be edited

 

See, there is nothing in all my chars.

 

By check carefully because this is my first donation.
I do not want to have a bad impression of the server.
I did not use credit at all, as you can see.
If someone stole it would appear in my account.
