    Credits not going through generally means the online vendor who processed your payment is withholding your money (as Ephaelion mentioned, it could be verification to prevent fraudulent transactions). You'll need to make an inquiry with them if you don't receive your credits within a reasonable amount of time.

    só que eu paguei 3 boletos, 2 deles ja chegaram falta apenas 1 chegar . como explicar isso ? ja chegaram 2 está faltando 1
