My final message to the Gamez community :O

First of all, this post isn't meant to be negative at all, so don't assume/take it that way (truth hurts, but don't take it as a personal attack), but anyways I wanted to say a few things before I completely leave the forums (no surprise there I hope)

To Karissa/Carl: I really hope you guys will begin to learn even more from your mistakes. I know Carl has vastly improved compared to how he used to be, despite that I still haven't ever talked to him extensively, but Karissa you really need to consider the consequences of your attitude. You are abrasive to no foreseeable end despite your feeble attempts to make yourself sound nice. I know you say you do this and this and that, but stop trying to be the alpha when you should be the adviser. You'd probably get away with doing less than you already do if you'd let more people take up important tasks for you that you hold and cherish and refuse to give up (hiring, DEMOTING <- do this when its needed instead of when it'll cause all of your staff to go baibai). You guys can really make some great changes in how you run Gamez, with ease, and finally lead the server down a path that may involve staff quitting but not in mass exodus' over a problematic person that just wont get the hint. Despite that I haven't made it any secret that I am still displeased with how Gamez has been run and the actions that Karissa has taken, you guys should know thats not why I left, and thats why no matter how much you ask I will not be coming back as staff, but I still thank you guys for choosing me in the first place and allowing me to come back after the first time, it was fun most of the time, and I'm glad to have been a part of it.

To staff: Lighten up >.> You know who I'm talking about. AMs aren't moderators, and moderators aren't trolls. AMs should always be focusing on ingame not how fast they can close threads or infract people, and the type of moderation (close first, ask questions later) you guys do just makes me weep. Sure, some players aren't the nicest in your thread, but your job is to keep threads clean, not quarantine everything you see.

To new and upcoming GMs: I hope you guys have a better experience than I and others did, I mean that sincerely. I don't want the same mistakes to repeat themselves again, for your sake, and I hope if any of you get hired, you have a fun and peaceful time AMing, hopefully also to the best of your abilities to help out the community as well.

To the rest of the community: Umm, hi? :O I already typed up a resignation like a week ago so I'll spare you guys the kiss and wave goodbye shit xD, though do try to be a bit lighter on the staff, you'd be surprised sometimes how demoralizing it can be to have several players say you're an amazing AM (or moderator) then one single person say you're bad, it can ruin an entire day D:


Sorry if this is a bit drawn out, not meant to be a goodbye speech just some words of wisdom from, well, hopefully someone who knows what could benefit the community a bit
