My Friend can't log in

This is the message from my friend: Hello there ^^ I play Lumiel server and I've got 2 problems from yesterday : i cannot access the web-page www.gamezaion.com ; i cannot access the game server,when i start the GamezAion.exe i see: Server Status:Offline :S PLEASE give me some ideas .Here's what i tryed : Repairing Aion,then i put the backuped Bin32 folder and + Item.pak and reinstalled the GamezAion Launcher. I still cannot log in.I tryed to log other servers:i can do it....so i think somethin is interruptin my connection to GamezAion as..i cant even go to www.gamezaion.com : i see Internet explorer cannot access the web-page(i tried with Firefox/Opera/Google Chrome...still nothin).Aaaah almost forgot...and when i click START button and then type my account and pass i get : Cannot connect to the authorization server. PLEASE GIMME SOME TIP ! Thank u in advance
