My Improved Epheria Sailboat can't "anchor" so I can't use it for bartering

    Bug Name:
    My Improved Epheria Sailboat can't "anchor" so I can't use it for bartering​
    Bug Description:
    My Improved Epheria Sailboat, for some unknown reason, can't "anchor" so I can't barter with it. Although, I can barter with my Epheria Galleass. In the Sailboat the "anchor" menu doesn't pop up when I get near a barter NPC so it's impossible for me to barter.

    I tested going to more than one island to try and barter there but the problem persists.
    I tested changing channels and characters but the problem persists.
    I tested refreshing the trade items, nothing.
    Edit: I can "anchor"/barter with a Bartali Sailboat. ._."? But still can't with the Improved Epheria
    Edit 2: Can't "anchor"/barter in an Epheria Cog as well (kind of expected it)    ​
    How to reproduce/proof:

    Criminal Camp
    Close game.
    Go to folder where game installed.
    Delete Cache folder.
    Run game.
