My lost Event Caphras were never refunded after the Guardian Awake update issues

I redeemed 8000 Caphras the day of the update and found out they were useless due to a bug in that update, so I stuck them in my storage and waited for the fix. I never got those Caphras refunded though. Not in the mail or anything. I've sent in 3 support tickets here and have tried messaging a mod on server but I've kinda been ignored. I know you guys got your hands full and everything but I'd really appreciate those Caphras back
