My storage disappeared

    i tried to download gamezbdo to my harddrive for the first time and it didnt work and I cant delete because it says my harddrive doesnt exist anymore and tried to redownload it and now my harddrive is gone and cant download it on my ssd because it says i have a running session of the program on my harddrive my hardddrive worked perfectly before so idk if there is a fix or what
