my upgrader skill didnt spawn

please help me i have be lvl 55 but my ugrade skill like illusion strom II,III - summon rock II,III,IV - ice harpon II -
wind cut down V - flame spray II - ice sheet IV - etc
didnt spawn, that all isnt new skill just upgrade skills i have already use //givemissingskills but it didnt work at all......................:sad::sad:

if those are stigma skills, then they wont auto upgrade

 

okey then how to open greater stigma slot ??? its need that

 

You can't open greater stigma slots, and the //givemissingskills wont work on the new stigmas skills, i'm afraid that all we can do is sit and wait hoping for a fix to it.
