Hello,

Items:
Item Name - [Mystic] Snowflake Costume Set
What the item is supposed to do - It's an outfit for Mystic
What happens when the item is used - The outfit has been bought from Pearl Shop but when i received the box in inventory i could not open it to equip the outfit.

Repro steps:
1. Buy the [Mystic] Snowflake Costume Set outfit from Pearl Shop
2. Attempt to open the box

Notice that: The user is unable to open the box.
