    Naderr's Parchment - Cant open last slot​
    Bug Description:
    Unable to open last slot for FS storage, bought 3 naderr partchemts from pearl market, they all worked, boutght last one with 10.000 Loyalities and it does not work.
    Going into enhancement menu shows last slot as locked still.

    How to reproduce/proof:
    Finish Naderr band quest, get quest parchment and use it,
    Buy 3 naderr from pearl shop, use them.
    Buy last one from Loyalities shop, unable to use.    ​

    Get last one from quest in tarif, and try it.
