Ncsoft launcher freezes.

Well, today, i have to face a little mayor problem, and, what its that problem? The ncsoft launcher freezes and doesn't update or repair the Aion game, this don't happen to me, but my girlfriend have that issue, and then, i give her a copy of my Aion, full updated and works fine for me, but the game tell her what she can't play cause' the country problem, so, when we try to update the dammed launcher tries to work, but in 3-4 minutes, freezes, i'm tried to put in the firewall the Gamez and the launcher, and desactivating all, browse the aion.bin and unistall the launcher, so, i really don't know what to do, really, now, i'm being trolled by the Ncsoft launcher, so, i'm asking for your help guys, cuz' we really want to play.
