Need Help aion Does't load

    can anyone help me why my aion can't complete its loading when the man with the wings appears ncsoft should appear next right but in my case when the man with the appears after a seconds it will disappear and nothing happen next can anyone have a solution for my problem???

    I want to play aion please help me.:sad:
