need help FPS in so low

everytime i go to major cities or crowded areas like pvp or raiding but i have 400 or 500 ping i know its not bad at all i also got 350 ping my fps goes down to 1 or 11 but if im fighting mobs solo or only few players around me i got 35 - 60 fps this is my specs

intel dual core 2.2ghz 1gb of ram ati x1650 512mb ddr2 video card 160gb of hdd my settings is low i tried updating my vid driver but still nothing change what is the good video card i know ati 50xx or 4xxx but my proc will bottle neck the card im just asking what is the good card that i can have a 60 fps or 40 even its crowded coz im planning to buy a whole new rig but not this time maybe next year so my budget is only for card and memory

Shift F12 deletes models that are not necessary (player models) and decreases lag. You can Shift F12 again to see the models that were deleted. Also, did you try updating your graphic drivers (latest ones have support for Aion)? Your RAM is significantly low. You should buy and add more RAM to your computer.

Also your graphic card sucks donkey balls. (Albull!)

 

it disable character graphic loading anyone around you, you still can see yourself, your group player.

 

Yes, with litle ram you should try playing with low textures settings and make use o Shift F12, other that that only thing you can do is test other drivers etc or upgrade ram/gfx card.
