Need HELP {GM} PLZZ donating problem

thats what im getting when i try to donate at ***********
and i just put my info wrong how do i change it so i can donate onece again i just put the wrong card need help plz >>>>Your US $200.00 payment made on Sep 16, 2013 10:42 PM using your Credit card in Gamez AION was canceled by our anti-fraud team. Money were returned to the account holder.

 

Same happen to me - They basically refund your payment when they believe your not the owner of the card you got to prove that your the owner of the credit card by sending information to the donation site as the issue is on there side not gamez,

Gamez can't help you.

 

As stated you used the wrong card, though in that case it shouldn't have done anything except refuse payment.

Seeing how they are saying that the transaction was canceled and refunded, I am going to assume your using someone elses credit card with out their knowledge and they reported it lost and or stolen.

You will need to contact them to discuss the issue, we can do nothing.
