New era

Hey guys,

I been around gamez for a long time, started playing here around mid 2010 and this server was my first and I found it very well constructed at that time. After all my friends from DTK left, I decided to apply for a position as AionMaster for Siel. I was very happy when I finally got a pm from Carl announcing that I and a few other friends of mine got promoted to AMT, I was actually shaking

Everything started alright but the more I was involved in the server the more I realized the backstabbing and the shit talking behind peoples back to a point where I would post something helpful and it would get deleted and re posted by someone else with the exact same words I used and that's where I drew the line and left.

Meeting Puddles was a blessing to be honest, although our friendship isn't as strong as it used to be, you guys are lucky to have her as your "pretty much everything".

She did an amazing job from the first day she got promoted to AMT to this day when Lautaro gave her Admin name on forums ( even tho she had access to 99% of the stuff ) but yeah

Good job @Puddles , you deserve everything you have now and you worked your ass off for this server and I can see that it is finally heading into a good direction.

@Puddles, yes she has a kind heart, I attest to that. She has more on a motherly love. Like correcting someone else's mistake. She do it in a nice way. She is phenomenal, I would say.

She is one of the best person behind this healthy server.

I had this conversation with Puddles years back and told me that customers are what makes a business grow and they are all connected to success. This is why Gamez is still around. By this point of view, I knew she's deeply cared about the people who play. If you care about the people who are within the community the more the community grows. Same with business. (I know coz she has one)That's what I understand on what she said.

She don't desire power and popularity, she don't demand trust from the higher Ops and these things came naturally on her. The reason she came back on power is because her motive on bringing the community back when it was ruined (talking about 2014?). And all these came upon on her title as you see today.

@morometi Loved the way how you said that @Puddles is a blessing.
The only thing I miss from being part of the staff. Is working with her. Even if she slapped me most of times... Thats the way she shows you some love xD

 

I'm waiting for a lot of things.

For the Powerball to get to one billion+, the weather to clear up so I can go run errands, for the bladesmith to finish my new silver sword, the enchanter to finish enchanting my older one, midnight so I can do the rite of banishment with these necromancer's bones so his ghost will stop coming back, for my chili to finish cooking so I can eat it, for Witcher 3 Blood and Wine to be released, for Warframe to be less of a grindfest.

Why would I get a flight to Australia? What am I waiting for that's over there? Getting a flight to Australia seems quite silly as it would involve more waiting in waiting for the best time to book to get the best price, then waiting while I'm riding to the airport, then waiting at the airport, then waiting while on the flight for it to land, then waiting for my connection to get to ANOTHER flight that can get to Australia and that may even require a few more connection flights.

Too much waiting to fly to Australia, I'll just wait for RL to catch up to Star Trek technology and then just teleport over if and when I ever have business over there. Don't imagine what it would be though. Only thing I can think of is that this one youtuber makes some pretty funny LoL videos of him going through ELO hell and all that and he has a pretty cool house in Australia where he lives with a cpl of his friends who are also streamers and youtubers. But I really can't imagine why I would fly or teleport over to see him in person, I mean he seems like a cool guy, but I have a lot of better things to do than randomly decide to go over and say hi, and even if I did, I think they'd be kind of freaked out.

I mean if a stranger on the internet just came to your house one day and is like "Yo, I saw your videos, hi hows it going?" I think you would also be kind of freaked out and probably slam the door in his face or something like that.

I remember when puddles made gm and disbanded our legion on lumiel to take the position. Then had to investigate me and my brother for "hacking" our gear a few days later heh. She's always been super chill though.
