Step(s) Bugged:
Killing Qoobe

What is bugged with that step
The boss has no health bar or physics or actions, he just stands there and takes a beating therefor cannot complete the quest.

How to reproduce the issue
1. Get to lvl 49
2. Accepts Quest name above from Black Spirit
3. Go to quest location
4. Summon Qoobe
5. He cant be killed
