It has been for awhile until I came back, how or where do you guys obtain Honorable officer's weapon Laurel or Honorable General's weapon? Those are the only items i need to purified my gears.

Apparently you can get them for certain in-game events.

Normally, these are obtained through morphing. To morph one of them, you need 1 Honorable Officer's Laurel, and some Purified Essence. (example)

However: The Honorable Officer's Laurel, which is a material for the morph, cannot be purhcased at the moment. If you try to buy it from the NPC that sells it (the Officer special vendor in Marchutan Priory/Kaisinel Academy), it will tell you you cannot buy it. Other than that, even if you did have the Honorable Officer's Laurel material for the design, you also need the morphing design too. And you cannot buy that either, it has the same problem where if you try to buy it from the according NPC, it will tell you it cannot be bought.

So; All you can do right now until we're trying to get a fix, is get these items from GM events yourself, or buy them from other people who have them from events already.
