New to Aion/Gamez Network

Hey, I recently was lookin for a new game to play and I came across this one. I am looking for some friends. and Future new guild for when the game is finished dl'ing.

I was hoping for one that was active and used voice chat. I have Ts3 and ventrilo and skype and raidcall.

On the youtube vids this game look really fun and i wanted to ask some more questions to people that play on this private server.

Welcome to the community What server are you on? coz GamezAion have 2 servers, Siel which is open stigma(all skills) and Lumiel with stigma system.

 

I am still installing the game. I have never played it at all so I kinda wanna know everyything >.< How the game is, graphics, peoples opinions and stuff like that. as well as to make new friends and hopefully have an awesome guild.

 

Find your friend here in forum 1st cuz there will be no guarantee that players ingame will talk to you.

1st off, Welcomes to Gamez Aion.

Addressing some of your inquires:

• The graphics for Aion is a bit dated (compared to more recent games), since the game is almost 5years old now but nevertheless still looks pretty in high spec (normal engine) graphics settings.
• People's opinions differ depending on their past experiences with MMORPGs. Some players have a diverse knowledge with them while others, AION might have been their first so it's hard to judge upon it.
• The game have a diverse amount of different classes (13 when 4.5 update is running) that creates different gameplay balances, it might take a while to get used to them all till you've found something you enjoy.
• There are numerous legion/guilds around on both servers. It just matter of interacting and getting along with people. Depending on which server, both will have people that's willing to lend a hand in times of difficulties.
• Speaking of servers, both Lumiel and Siel offer different gameplay styles. Lumiel is the server that is closer to retail AION servers with a stigma skill system (think of it as a skill tree). Siel, on the other hand operates using all stigmas (the full skill tree unlocked).
• Choosing which server is really on preference to how you want to experience AION. Some players will urge that All Stigmas (Siel) is easier to learn, but has the drawback of having too many skills. While a Stigma system (Lumiel) is more authentic but might present difficulties in finding the right build for beginners.
• There are numerous things to learn and not enough space to explain it. I believe you'll need to get the game/server running first and have some fun mucking around before we can move on from there. Even the character creation might take you 30mins to get right since AION's character creation is unique to specify exact details for a character's looks.

HIGH GRAPHICS DEFINITION, QUALITY SKILL SYSTEM (one of a kind), CLASS-JOB related roles, PVE / PVP SYSTEMS, ADVANCED MAP SYSTEMS, REALISTIC HOUSING, CITIES and a lot more... so fun that you would die for it... i swear...

 

Heya welcome to gamez. First off i think that i should mention that for beginners making an asmodian char is going to benefit you most because of the surveys. On the other hand your going to find more helpful and interactive community on the elyos side. Siel is going to be more starter friendly with more people running instances (pve dungeons) and the more knowledgeable players ( on elyos side). If you think you would prefer playing stigma i still say start on siel and save up to transfer.

well, relatively, SIel has more POP than Lumiel...... (just as i know) and the PVP on this server is really vast... try it here in Siel and start as an ASMO
