New to Asmodian

Hi there i am new to this server along with being new to aion all together it seems like a good game so far but was wondering if anyone could give me any tips on well anything realy lol. Being a noob sucks but i guess we all have to start somewere and would love to see how welcoming this community is as well. So if anyone could plz give me a few pointers on the game along with what you personaly think is the best class?

I have chosen enchanter so far and i am loving him so if you could also give me a few ideas of were to maybe get gear for him or what i should use i would love that as well. I have tryed to look up a few guides and even the aionarmory but there all useless seeing how nothing ever shows drop rates or who drops it for the most part. Anyway hi to all and hope to get to know a few of you

 

Hi there Valest,

First step is to hit lvl55 which is not hard here Then go to Core and farm some Elder gears as a starter.. Your way is with PTs you will be a Healer / Buffer and you will learn the chanter with community. Playing Solo with low gear is a bad idea Just try it..
Oh btw dont forget to go to Ingi Asmos there loves Chanters ) You will be WANTED adn it will be fun to Chase Run Chase Run

 

Ya so far i have just been soloing in the game my brother plays to but we are both new to the game and still learning. I just been running around looking for stuff my lvl and killing it and using whatever drops off it sadly enough. And hate to say it but i dont realy know the lingo here yet or even how to get around to differnt area's. Btw ty for your time in answer this thread any knowledge of the game is greatly taken in

Also Should i stick to my chain mail like i have been using or set up as a buffer/healer and go cloth with high magic boost?

And keep with the Chain Soon you will hear about Dark Poeta which means Anuhart Chanter Gear. With your Char. it will be easy to go there..

Umm not sure which one is West coast? lol My bro lives out west and he started this game about 7 hours befor i got off work so i ended up joining his server. Im Valest i/g (chanter). So far i just been using him for dmg type lol. Using me meta buff stuff to give me higher dmg and crit so on. Altho i noticed he dosent get a LOT of attack spells but so far i have figured out how to keep attacking along with my new spell soul strike god i love that. But i noticed at lvl 46 i have slowed WAY down on lvling. Guessing thats beause i cant seem to find a area for my lvl. I have went to the farthest south of Belurisa (i know i spelled it wrong) that i can go and stuff there maxes out at 45 from what i can see. Then agin im sure im missing something beause i see lots of lvl 55 running around and no lvl 50+ mobs lol.

So stick to chain mail thats awsom i love seeing a enchanter (healer buffer type) using higher armor. I hated WoW were they got cloth blah! So any ideas on how i should metastone my gear? Im going to guess at magic boost + but i could be way off.

since you are a level 46 chanter, better get any quest that you can acquire, and finish those quests, that way you'd get to level 50 in no time, and then once you get to level 50, you would be having a quest named Vidar's Call, follow the instructions of that quest. since you'd talk to 2-3 npcs. then go to Gelkmaros where it would be located at the northwest part of Pandemonium, that's the airport dock, and from there, look for the Archon/Ruler Npc of the town you'd be teleporting to, immediately you'd get to level 53-55 after finishing those quests.
