Ninja Blackstar Shuriken bug​

Bug Description:

I used a ninja to complete the Blackstar Offhand quest for BS Shuriken. I did the quest the day the new patch came out so it's possibly buggy. As soon as I completed the quest, I did not receive any option to choose if I want shuriken or kunai. The quest just gave me a Blackstar Shuriken but the icon is Kunai. After server went down today, the item name changed to Blackstar Kunai.​

How to reproduce/proof:

Complete Blackstar offhand quest with a ninja. This bug was possibly fixed but I completed the quest on patch day.​

 

I've asked people in server chat about this and there are some people who said that they experienced the same thing. My friend also experienced this.
