    Bug Description:
    Boss Slaughter skill is work from close but not work from away. (I play ninja succession.)​

    My friend remove all resistance.

    This is skill it will apply Floating on good Upward Strike hit but it did not apply from away.
    I test Downward Strikes it is same. It did not apply cc from away.     ​

    I tested it on the cc-dummies in BA. Also does not work here. BUMP, please fix!
