    I'm afraid this is not enough for us to do anything. There's no proof that the player didn't distribute the loot accordingly, and he was still in the group at the time the picture was taken. There's not evidence of the player leaving the area without the groups consent, etc. Long story short, the proof really only proves that the person picked up 2 items, that's about it.
