No Artifacts at Isbarya Room

Well as many people know isbarya the resolute casts 2 skills
Arcane- you hit red artifact getting buff and blocking 90% of demage you had to recive from Arcane explosion
Sithing explotion- you need to hit blue artifact the get buff wich will block 90% of demage

i was in BT yastarday and healers got realy huge usses by being low geared having low hp and not being able to defend themselfs from explosions as for sins rangers seems like focusd envasion resists this expolsions as for other chars they are defencless
i think this is a issue and needs to be fixed
