"No game server is available to the authorization server."

My brother just downloaded Aion in his new computer (with Windows 8)

When he logged on, he had an option to select a server between Lumiel and Siel

So basicly, he chose Siel because that's the server where my other bro is playing

He pressed siel and clicked "Select Server"

Suddenly, this thing appeared "No game server is available to the authorization server."


We have no idea how to fix this problem, me and him serched the forums. We found some threads about this problem, but mostly all of them don't have good answers.


Anyone here willing to help a fellow mate here?

EDIT: Same as Lumiel too, it says the same thing
