no game server is available to the authorization server

hi, i want to play aion but i have a problem.
i will explain...
i dowload ncsoft launcher(the old ncsoft launcher, i get from other computer, because in the new launcher i cant change region) i change region to NA
i start to update and... (i think here is the problem) ncsoft update dowload a new launcher, and folders are diferent from the old aion i had.
then i dowload gamezaion launcher, instal... and it says no game server is available.
i dowload the bat file from support section too. i try all but i dont know what to do, i think the problem is that new ncsoft launcher from 4.0.
can someone help me or tell me something to try?? i really want to play again and i dont know how to do it. :sad:
