    I've tried every listed fix and cannot fix it, can someone help me? It might be because I'm running on the Windows 8 Developer Preview but I want to try everything before I re install windows 7.

    Try launching the game using a .BAT.
    Once you eliminated everything, gotta go for the OS...

    so,did this help? i have same problem. on win8 dev prev

    and what game version do i need to have. i have last 2.6.0.4.
