No recipes from work orders

How r we gonna get recs, was told there use to be npcs that sold them, now they r gone.

 

what are the recipes that's missing anyway?

When you accept a work order you automatically get taught what you need to make. The shop for designs are from the person behind the counter in that same room

 

U get potion, armor, weapon recs for completeing work orders on retail, here u get nothing. The person behind the counter does not sell the good recs.

 

Yes you are supposed to get random rewards from crafting. I know for alchemy one is the Greater Awakening scroll design. I'm not sure about the other rewards. I was wondering about this as well so thanks for asking.

 

Recipe NPCs

Indeed there were NPCs who sold all recipes. They were in Elyos Square in Sanctum (not sure exactly where on the Asmo side, but I know they had them too).

I had been saving crafting materials for a couple weeks and now that I've started crafting the recipes are no longer available.

Does anyone know if the good recipes will be available to us again any time soon? If not I'd like to throw out all these materials and clear up some space.

 

NPC's that sell all recipes been manual spawned by GM in Teminon/Primum inside main town.

 

Cannot find them

I am at Teminon Fortress. I have searched the place inside and out, talked to all NPCs, checked the rooftop and the surrounding area. The recipe vendors are nowhere to be found.
