    ..you can buy the design on teminon landing if you're elyos or primum landing if you're asmo..all the designs you need is there..^^

    Well i couldnt find the Balaur Lords cowl in primum landing... some1 knows if that desing is implemented?
    ive searched for it everywhere i even have all mats to craft it.
