Not loggin in...

Hi,

I'm not able to log entirely to the game, I'm able to login and in fact I'm able to select the server, but when selecting the server is not changing to another view or doing anything, take note that the game doesn't freeze or give errors, the background is still moving and song is still playing, but nothing happens, it just stays there the whole time, any idea anyone?

maybe thats just lag network problem or delay

Have you recently downloaded Gamez through NCSOFT or torrent?
If NCSOFT, well, that's the problem, you will need to download our outdated torrent to be able to run the game.

All you need to do is let it download, once you're done, you will find everything including the Gamez launcher and itempak in your folder.

 

if ur using any ping reducer, try selecting another server. sometimes some of the server doesn't work on the place u are now.

 

or restart your router, your ip might stuck cuz of a ping reducer
